Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

This Privacy Notice explains how Also Talent (“Also Talent”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information through alsotalent.com, including the business inquiry form and the candidate application form. You can reach us at marketing@alsotalent.com.

2. Information we collect

Business inquiries: full name, work email, company name, country where your business operates, a description of the support you need, and, optionally, your time zone and preferred working hours and your phone number.

Candidate applications: full name, email, WhatsApp or phone, country and city of residence, self-assessed English level, areas of experience, and, optionally, years of experience, tools you use, availability, a link to your LinkedIn or portfolio, a short message, and a résumé (PDF, DOC, or DOCX).

Technical information: your language preference, the campaign parameters (UTM) of the link you used to reach the site, and your IP address, which our hosting uses for security and to limit spam.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation.
• To review candidate profiles and contact candidates about opportunities.
• When a candidate’s profile fits a role, to propose that profile to the business considering it. The business chooses who it works with.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse.
• To understand how people find the site and improve it.

4. Legal basis

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for example, the privacy checkbox on the application form), on our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and running our business, or on steps you request before entering into an agreement. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the site and our communications: Brevo (contact management and email delivery), Hostinger (website hosting), and Google (email and productivity tools for our team). As described above, we may share relevant candidate profile information with businesses considering a candidate.

We do not sell personal information.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. When that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer and that the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The site stores your language preference in your browser (local storage) so it opens in the language you chose. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add them in the future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from the jsDelivr network, which may receive your IP address when you visit.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its use, withdraw your consent, and receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, write to marketing@alsotalent.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We use HTTPS and limit access to the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our site is not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
